Orders are prepared with care and shipped with tracking where available. Processing time varies by product, especially engraved, made-to-order, or bespoke pieces.

Returns

Unworn, unused eligible items may be returned within the policy window. Custom, engraved, personalized, final-sale, and gift-page-linked pieces may have different eligibility.

Repairs

Heartlume can review eligible repair requests for official purchases. Photos and order details are required before approval.
