It is a private page linked to a Heartlume piece. It can hold a letter, photo, recording, or message that the recipient can revisit.

How do I access my private page?

After setup, the page opens from a private link, QR code, or NFC card depending on the product and gift package.

Can I edit the page?

Yes. The edit link lets the owner update text, images, audio, and privacy settings.

How long does shipping take?

Most pieces require production time before shipping. Delivery speed depends on destination and selected shipping method.

How do I care for my piece?

Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in a soft pouch and polish gently with a clean microfiber cloth.

What is covered under warranty?

Manufacturing defects are covered. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, and third-party alterations are not covered.
